I psyched myself out... I don't know why... I thought I was trading against the trend for some reason...
I overtraded and overthought, didn't just follow my rules. I was up $520 before 10 AM EST today and then got into puts at what was the top. Then got scared cause it was trending upward and psyched myself out. Talked myself out of my own TA. Then got calls that I held til expiration... and ended the day red.
