Futures rising Tuesday morning after a boring, choppy, Monday.
Contracts on the S&P 500 rose over 0.5% pre-market so far. Both the Dow and the NASDAQ futures also are rising over 0.5% before Tuesday's open.
China looks like it could be loosening up its COVID restrictions as it cut its quarantine time in half for travelers. Then US-listed Chinese stocks rose in New York trading Tuesday morning.
